VCU Social Psychology Program is inviting you to participate in two studies!

In Study 1, we are testing how including video materials in teaching makes the classes more engaging. You will complete a survey on your high school education experience, watch short videos for a biology class, and propose discussion questions that teachers can use in the classroom.

In Study 2, we are investigating how people react to fictional characters. You will read character descriptions and provide your opinion on them.

Your participation is voluntary. You will fill out an online questionnaire and then complete both studies in one lab session that will take approximately one hour. Your responses will be anonymous. You will receive an $8 gift card for the Pupatella Pizza restaurant as a reward for your efforts.
