VCU-RRTC Autism Center for Education (ACE) Statewide Needs Assessment |
You are being asked to complete a brief needs assessment because you live or work in Virginia and you educate or support autistic individuals. We are asking for your help gathering information about your learning and informational needs. The purpose of the survey is to learn more about specific topics you are interested in. We would also like to know more about the ways you prefer to get information about autism.
This is not a research project. We are collecting this data to help us design training and technical assistance for Virginians who educate and support autistic individuals. You may skip questions you do not want to answer and continue the survey. You may also stop participating at any time without penalty.
If you choose to participate in this needs assessment, you will answer questions about yourself, your informational needs, and how you prefer to learn. We anticipate it will take you about 15 minutes to complete the survey.
It is unlikely that you will experience any risks or discomfort when completing this survey. There are no specific benefits associated with participating in this survey.
Even though this is not a research project, participation is voluntary. You have the right to participate or not participate. You may skip questions you do not want to answer and continue the survey. You may also stop participating at any time without penalty.
If you have any questions or comments about this survey, you may contact:
