The Division of Community Engagement (DCE), in partnership with Center for Clinical and Translational Research (CCTR) and VCUHealth, is collecting and mapping information that illustrates university-community partnerships in the Metro Richmond region. The purpose of this survey is to populate VCU's Partnership Map, a tool that will illustrate VCU's commitment to community engagement and to provide opportunities for collaboration.

This survey collects specific information about partnerships including the geographic reach, the focus area, the VCU units involved and the type of activities that happen within the partnership.

Before you begin:

  • Double check that your partnership is NOT already on the map by clicking here and entering the partnership name in the top right search box. You do not need to submit another survey if it's already on the map. If your partnership is on the map, check the accuracy of the content. Report any changes to engage@vcu.edu.
  • To reduce duplicated efforts, tell your VCU partners that you are completing the survey for Partnership X and to make sure the info was not already submitted on REDCap.
  • The survey allows you to enter one partnership per survey submission.
  • You can SAVE the survey and return to where you left off. If you save and return later, be sure to note your survey code. You can complete the survey more than once. Plan accordingly.
