The Center for Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Care announces call for nominees for the Third Annual Student Excellence in Interprofessionalism Recognition Award.

This award serves to recognize full-time VCU students who have demonstrated significant involvement and interest in promoting interprofessional activities. Students are asked to include a letter of recommendation from a faculty member who is familiar with the student’s involvement in interprofessional activities.

Faculty, programs, and schools may nominate as many students as they wish. Students may self-nominate

Only completed applications received on or before Friday, April 7, 2017 will be considered.

Selected recipients, along with their faculty letter writer, will be notified by email before April 28, 2017.

The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 4pm in the Perkinson Dental Building, 1101 E. Leigh Street, Third Floor Brown Conference Room, Room 3114. Family and friends are encouraged to attend.
