VACAC Summit Registration March 2023 / Inscripción para la cumbre VACAC de marzo de 2023

Hotel accommodations are available  under the following guidelines:

1. The cost of this room will be covered by VDH. However, incidentals, room services charges, damage to the room, etc will be your responsibility.
2. If you request a room and then do no attend without giving us at least 7 days' notice, you / your agency will be charged the state rate for that room. 
3. If you bring a family member with you, you will be responsible for the dual occupancy charge in your room.

Alojamiento en el hotel. El alojamiento en hotel está disponible bajo las siguientes pautas:

El costo de la habitación será cubierto por VDH. Sin embargo, los gastos imprevistos, los cargos por servicios de habitación, los daños a la habitación, etc., correrán por su cuenta. Si solicita una habitación y luego no asiste sin notificarnos con al menos 7 días de antelación, se le cobrará a usted o a su agencia la tarifa estatal por dicha habitación. Si trae a un miembro de su familia con usted, deberá pagar la tarifa correspondiente a la doble habitación.
