All PeRQ Fund applications must be submitted electronically using this on-line system. All PeRQ Fund applications will be immediately accessible by the Principal Investigators' deans' offices for processing and review.

PeRQ Fund application system is taken off-line. No additional applications will be accepted. Contact your dean's office with questions.
