Be classified as a full-time undergraduate rising Junior or Senior at VCU by the end of the spring 2020 semester.

Must be enrolled as a full-time student for fall 2020 semester.

Document a GPA of 2.7 or above by end of spring 2020 semester.

Possess a need for financial assistance.

Be employed a minimum of 10 hrs per week (proof of employment must be on company letterhead).

Provide at least one letter of recommendation.

Not have been a previous Virginia's Caring University Scholarship award recipient.
